Returns & Cancellation Policy

If you are unhappy with the product you have received, please contact Cameron directly on 0438 656 659 to discuss.

  • You will be required to contact us with in 24 hrs of receiving a product that you are not happy with.

  • We will not approve refunds/exchanges on hay that has been fed out.

  • We will not approve refunds/exchanges on round bales that have been fed out.

  • We will not approve refunds/exchanges on small dry bales or round bales that have been stored outside of a shed.

If a refund / exchange is required, the product will be picked up / inspected at your next delivery or when the truck is next in your area.

If you wish to cancel your order this must be done 48hrs prior to delivery, a handling fee may be applied if not enough notice is received. Please contact Cameron directly on 0439 656 659.
